Need caregiving for 2 well-trained special needs children.

Duties Included:

Personal Care & Hygiene: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
Behavioral Support: Managing behavioral challenges.
Meal Preparation: Planning and preparing nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs.
Educational and Therapeutic Activities: Implementing specialized exercises, therapies, or educational plans aimed at improving social and cognitive skills.
Medical Management: Administering medication, monitoring health conditions, and communicating changes to parents or professionals.
Safety and Supervision: Ensuring a safe environment, specifically regarding wandering, elopement, physical limitations and following strictly enforced daily schedules.
Transportation and Socialization: Taking children to school, parks, therapies, or social events.

Skills and qualification requirements:

Skills: Patience, adaptability, punctuality, physical stamina (e.g., for lifting), and strong English communication skills.
Certifications: CPR/First Aid certification is required. Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or those with specialized training in autism or developmental disabilities are frequently sought but not required.
Background Checks: Candidates often must pass extensive background checks, including criminal history, for safety.
Special requirements: Due to client request, candidates must be of natural female gender.
